* If class must be cancelled due to weather, holiday, or instructor's absence the class will be made-up the week following the last class on the regularly scheduled class day and time.
* The instructor will notify students by phone if class is to be cancelled. If there is no notification students are to assume class will take place.
* Students may make up a missed class by attending another class already in session provided there is space available in that class. The make-up class must take place during the same session period in which the student is already enrolled. Please check with the instructor for scheduling a make-up class.

* Balance of total payment must be received four weeks prior to arrival in order to guarantee space reservation.
* Students may sign up late for a class already in session at a pro-rated cost provided space availability.
* Group lessons meet for four consecutive weeks.
* Private & Semi-Private lessons are scheduled by appointment.
